    Yes, but only when necessary. Feel free to ask questions related to the group or lessons, but avoid personal questions and unrelated topics.

  • Can I add someone to the group?

    No, adding the group admin or any fellow student to your own group is against the rules. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from the group.

  • Can I send forwarded messages, posts, or videos in the group?

     No, this group is created for your convenience only, so please do not send forwarded messages, posts, or videos.

  • Can I share details of visits by respected scholars or sheikhs?

    No, do not share any details or information about the visits of respected scholars or sheikhs.

  • Can I send political or hate speech against any religious group?

     No, sending political or hate speech against any religious group is strictly prohibited.

  • Can I send messages like Salaam, Ameen, JazakAllah, etc.?

    No, for the convenience of all sisters, please do not send stickers or messages such as Salaam, Ameen, JazakAllah, SubhanAllah, or MashaAllah. You can say these words in your heart.

  • What are the rules for group members?

    It is of utmost importance for every member to respect all teachers and to consider the opinions and comfort of fellow group members.

  • How to change WhatsApp settings so that unnecessary people cannot add you to groups?

    Set your WhatsApp settings to private so that only your contacts can add you to groups: Account➡️Privacy➡️ Groups➡️My contacts

     

  • Can I trust notifications about new groups or courses?

    If you receive a message saying "We are from EAlKahaf... join this group" or "join this course," confirm with the group admin first. Any course notification is only sent by the admin in the groups. The institution does not send such messages privately. If you join any group without confirming with the admin, the institution will not be responsible.

     

  • Can I promote my personal business?

    No, promoting your personal business is not allowed. If any student keeps personal contact with someone, the institution will not be responsible for any profit or loss.

     

  • Under what conditions will the fee slip be acceptable?

    The fee slip will only be acceptable if it includes the date, transaction ID, or reference number.

     

  • What should be done when depositing the fee at the shop?

    When depositing the fee at the shop, make sure to take a picture of the complete fee details from your mobile with the shopkeeper. Just informing that the fee has been deposited will not be acceptable.

     

  • What should be done if the fee is deposited at the shop?

    When the fee is deposited at the shop, generally, two parts of the message are received on the mobile: one with the fee amount and the other with the date. It is necessary to take a picture of both parts, otherwise the fee will be considered invalid.

     

  • When should the fee be deposited?

    Regularly deposit the fee before the 10th of every month.
